What are your operating hours?
Our main office and stations are open Mon–Sat 6:00 AM–10:00 PM and Sun 7:00 AM–8:00 PM. Bus schedules vary by route—check the app for specific departure times.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We have a no cancellation policy. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not allowed. All payments are non-refundable. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
